We want to thank our donors for providing full-scope primary care and more. Members get access to our Direct Primary Care service which includes Virtual and In-person care during office hours with Dr. Jerry Michael Cline. Additional services include wholesale medication access, medical procedures, preventative services, travel medicine, women&#8217;s health, and much more.&nbsp; This is not a service fee or insurance. In fact, it&#8217;s simply a donation.<br \/>\nWe just want our Donor Members to experience direct access to their provider. I want you to have my work mobile number so you can get questions answered and prompt appointments for the care you need. We have a heart for healing by incorporating the best of Western medicine with the best of cutting-edge Mind-Body-Spirit practice and theory so you can experience holistic healing while developing into your best self!<br \/>\nMembership is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by the IRS. Grassroots provides end-of-year statements to assist your tax preparation showing membership donations minus the actual costs of services provided. You get my mobile phone number and I don&#8217;t complain if you call me at midnight. I can stitch you up instead of taking a trip to urgent care. Need a sports physical done by tomorrow? No problem. Concierge allows the members of GHF to provide equity in healthcare (your dollars go to support the mission).
